We were flying from Calgary to London, and since we were traveling with elderly parents and kids, we needed extra assistance. From the first call, the staff at the corporate office were fantastic. They arranged for wheelchair assistance for my mother, confirmed child-friendly meal options for my kids, and ensured we were seated together. They even gave us tips on navigating the airport more efficiently. The entire journey went smoothly. The check-in staff were already informed of our special requests, the flight attendants were attentive, and the in-flight experience was one of the best we’ve had. Seeing how much effort the airline puts into making travel comfortable for families made a lasting impression on us.The Air Canada truly cares about its passengers. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service have made them our preferred airline for family travel.
